I’ll start with the good news. Staff was excellent. Darius at the front desk was the best welcome I’ve had in Charlotte. I didn’t catch her name but the bartender was excellent as well. Aloft Charlotte City Center
Nice place.Great location. Flemings is 10steps away from the hotel. Valet was great. Surprisingly good breakfast options. Only complaint was the TV in the room. Very annoying to use. We finally got it on a channel playing Adam Sandler movies so we just left that on. LOL.
