"Excellent staff on reception - room cleaning service was mixed - excellent some days, other days it was left as if it had been rushed - part made beds but was always left clean. The Harbour Villa was well equipped with a great balcony area - some traffic noise around 8am for 30 mins but the view over esplanade/sea was fantastic. The extended use of the room for 2 hours until midday was appreciated but AU$50 was a little excessive for such a short extention "
