"The house was lovely. Very clean and orderly. Beautiful back porch that we enjoyed very much. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the Master bathroom needs some updating. The shower head desperately needs to be changed and the lighting is extremely poor. Also, only 1 half size mirror on the whole first floor. Other than that, it was perfect."

"We had a great stay in Hyannis! The location is great for catching a ferry to Nantucket or the vineyard, and Main Street is within walking distance. The backyard is also very peaceful for a cup of coffee in the morning! "

"We had an outstanding time at this property. It was as advertised and for a cottage, the amenities were new and worked well. The location is quiet and removed from the road with easy parking. We had no problems during our time and the owner was easily reachable. "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. "We enjoyed the short walk to Four Seas, the best ice cream on the Cape, Craigville Beach and more. The house was perfectly set up for lounging on the porch, cooking meals or eating lobster rolls from Osterville Fish Market. The house was clean and the beds were luxurious, even the bunk bed. The host was easy to contact with any questions. It was a flawless experience and I am just counting the months until our next stay. "
