  • Brand new home completed July 2014 with every comfort and amenity of home. Great location with a one block walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Desirable proximity to all of Falmouth's fantastic beaches. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master with private bath), 2.5 baths featuring marble tiled floors, central heat & a/c, full size washer / dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, back patio area with table and seating for 8, outdoor gas BBQ grill and fire pit. Main floor has a beautiful open floor plan with an inviting atmosphere with nineteen windows. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Kitchen and living room have been combined for a wonderful open gathering room that has both a dining table and a user friendly island with plenty of seating.
    The property has three security cameras, each one in each entrance.
