Well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch w gas fireplace, ductless AC, fenced in front yard, and private deck in backyard conveniently located close to Craigville beach and Four Seas ice cream. Centrally located in Cape Cod, 20 minutes Falmouth and Chatham or 10 minutes to Hyannis restaurants, night life, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Enjoy a less busy Cape Cod but still enjoy many of the amenities visiting the different areas, restaurants, biking/hiking trails, beach and much more. Includes Beach Pass to all Barnstable Beaches

Perfect location on the cape

We had an awesome time at the Centerville house! Dan was an awesome host who made everything exceptionally easy. Enough parking for multiple cars, big bedrooms and the beach pass for the icing on the cake. Can’t wait to come back.

Quick visit/Great property

Was a quick 4th of July visit, good location, CLEAN and spacious with plenty of beds for everyone. Was nice to have the beach pass even if you are headed in that direction to just walk the shore. 1 Mile away from the beach, close to gas stations, Dunkin and a few restaurants. Would most certainly stay there again. The only thing that was a small issue for us, we were flying in from Ohio and we had to check bedsheets and towels. Not the end of the world, but sure would make it easier on out of town visitors. Thanks again for extending your place to us.
