"Decent for a capsule hotel. The capsule was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the shared facilities. It wasn't air conditioned so it was always hot and muggy. But it was relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's within walking distance of many markets and attractions. Plenty of restaurants. The metro station is a 5-min walk. The price was very affordable for budget travelers. And it's a good step up from a hostel. "

"Parkroyal has always deliver good service, and awesome room, that goes to my stay in Parkroyal in KL. A very warm welcoming from Raj at the reception, and the room is spaicous and clean.
