Staffs was polite and is approachable . Room was big and clean and provided the necessary essentials in the room such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc WiFi was abit annoying as you have to log in everyday if you are not a member to the hotel chain. There are convenient stores which are open 24hrs so that was handy.

I was staying there for couple of days. Staff were friendly and approachable from check in to check out. Hotel has the facility to keep the luggage even after check out, no need to warry about carrying it for hours before you catch the flight. Room was neat & clean.

Location location location :) Short walk to Jl Alor..the "food court" street. Every imaginable asian delicacy. Also a short walk to Petaling Street markets, and all Bukit Bintang pubs, Clubs and massage parlours. Even the Pavillion Shopping Mall was walkable. Hotel itself was very good.

I have rated it OK based on sone not so pleasant experiences. Romm was very karge but nit adequately furnished. Primarily, very dark with hardly any lights. Area with mirror has absolutely no light and all LED lights very dim. Breakfast experience was terrible. Variety if foid but extremely poir setvice. Ckean dishes not available, no refills done, tea/coffee machibes run out of beans and no refills. Requested front desk to print our boarding passes. They said to send them at their email address. Sent them three times and they still never printed. New staff came and said to send again. Location very good and conveniently close to all toyrist places.
