This is not a typical hotel you check in to. The people at the front desk don't know anything about your reservation so you have to call when you arrive and some telep5agent sends you forms to complete the reservation. I walked out. Completely ridiculous.

We booked a suite for a girls trip and the location was great! Walkable distance to the TTC and lots of restaurants nearby. Coffee available in the guest lounge and the rooms were comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
