Lovely one-bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance features a cozy indoor fireplace, a queen bedroom and two twin sofa beds in the living room. This property with fully equipped kitchen can house up to 4 guests and is kid-friendly. Guest parking and laundry facilities are available. Great location on a quiet street. Walking distance to Whirlpool Aero Car, Niagara Helicopters Limited, White Water Walk and a bus stop. 4 km (2.5 miles) to Niagara Falls.
The space
The property features a spacious living room with a fireplace and two twin sleeper sofas as well as a queen bedroom and a bathroom with a full size shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Free wifi and a flat screen TV equipped with smart phone integration are at your disposal. High chair and child folding bed are provided upon request. Additional amenities include an iron, hairdryers, and access to shared laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. Free parking for one vehicle is provided on premises.

Chic basement apartment, close to everything!

This was a great little find! Super clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is also convenient. Kitchen had lots of condiments and ooops I forgot the...items. The 1pm check out was helpful to have a nice lazy morning. The floor is concrete and can be cold so bring some slippers if you don't like cold feet.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely basement apartment! It was so comfy, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 5-night stay. The host was extremely nice and very informative. She explained some of the different activities to visit in the area. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Whitewater Walk, Wego bus line and Aerocar facility. The location was not only great for the tourist excursions but it's also right off the Niagara River Recreational Pathway... perfect for biking South to Fort Erie or North to NOTL (wine country). The host also told us about some hidden (free) parking areas for our biking excursions which was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely apartment! We plan to come back again in the near future! Thank you again Larisa!
