"All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful"

"Arrived at Sofitel early in the morning. My wife and I were warmly greeted by front desk staff Mr Ronak. We felt his sincerely through his smile and conversation. Mr Ronak was very helpful and willing to take an extra step to check us in early. The room is nice, clean, and comfy. We were able to take a warm shower, after almost 14 hrs flight from Singapore, before heading out to explore Paddington. We had a good sleep too, the bed is comfortable, would have been perfect if the pillows are harder, which is my personal preference. It will be walking distance to our departure later on. I love Sofitel@London Heathrow, we will be back again, soon."

"It is hard to get to Heathrow hotels using on again/off again shuttles. However upon arriving at Leonardo’s, I was quickly checked in and could relax the rest of the day. Room was quiet, clean and had a kettle! No funny tasting tea coming out of a coffee machine that North American hotels stock in each room."
