Happy was excellent, he was very helpful, excellent service. Hotel newly renovated so the hotel was great. They have great tours at the front desk, really enjoyed all my trips.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

The entire staff went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I had an enjoyable time. They remembered my name, helped me with airport transfers, and helped with tickets to a show. Breakfast was great. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to return.

Room was fantast. Ship was fantastic, food great. Above all the attentiveness of the staff stood out especially pur butler Tommy and guide Summer, both went above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable.
