The master bedroom and living room are equipped with reverse-cycle air conditioning, while ceiling fans keep the rest of the home breezy and cool. Gather around the indoor fireplace for cosy nights in, or head outside to the fire pit for toasted marshmallows and stargazing sessions.

The fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking a breeze, with a large dining table ready for shared meals and laughter. Two bathrooms, including a family-friendly one with a bathtub, ensure there's space for everyone, while the on-site laundry adds convenience for longer stays. Outdoor firepit - It is the guests responsibility to check NSW Fire Regulations prior to using the fire pit. The fire is not to be used during the months October through to the end of April. Firewood is not supplied.

Pet Friendly - We're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our property! Please note that pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on top of furnishings. Kindly bring your own pet bedding, food, and water bowls. Also, remember to pick up after your pets in the yard before your departure. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean and enjoyable for all guests!

Safety: This property has external stairs.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
