I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views"
