"Beautiful hotel and spa., super nice after ski day. Great location near chair lifts. Nice breakfast and very kind staff. The beds could be more comfortable."

Pros:
- Ski-in, ski-out
- Great, friendly staff
Cons:
- Old, run-down hotel
- Poor quality food in the restaurant
- Flies in the bedroom
- Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth
- Had no hot water for showers through-out stay
- Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door
- No kettle, iron or safe
- Lift was often broken"

"Parking and EV load options are not very close to the hotel and need explanation/directions. Breakfast is wonderful. Smashing location. If you don’t like modern art, do not bother. "
