"We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals, granola, prosciutto, variety of cheeses. Although we are making this critique, we loved the stay and quietness."

"I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc."

"We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but it was clean and TVs connect to Netflix. We were able to park our car for free in their parking garage. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Although the restaurant menu looked great, the food left a lot to be desired. If you’re hungry, go to TANAKA, a short walk from the hotel. The temperature gauge in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t reduce the temperature below 22° C."

"Very cute rustic yet modern cabin overlooking the river. The host Francisco was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions and needs. It is a short 10 minute drive from Santiago shopping & restaurants and a 90 minute drive to Valle Nevado Ski resort. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean house, VERY pleasant. Host was super easy to communicate with. In a very clean and nice, safe neighborhood. There are playgrounds GALORE around AND, they don't advertise this, but there is a NATIONAL park to go hike (we hiked Morros Las Papas) walking distance! AMAZING views! Great place for families."
