"The air conditioning in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked did not work. I called down to inform the reception desk, and they said they would send someone to check on it. Half an hour later when we realized there was only one bath towel, I called again to no answer. I went down to the front desk where others were also asking for towels. I asked them again about the air conditioning and possibly switching us to a different room, and they said they would send someone to take a look now that the front desk wasn’t as busy. No one came. The property is perfectly fine for a night before a flight - clean, comfortable beds. But I would stay elsewhere because the service is terrible and you won’t get any issues in your room resolved."

"Breakfast mediocre. Arrived after 8 pm. Wanted food in the bar but was given only pizza as an option. Maintenance left an electric cord laying around in the hallway near the elevator, my husband tripped on it and it wrapped around his ankle . When brought to the attention of the person he blamed my husband for not seeing the cord and took no responsibility"

"Stayed here recently and it was… an experience. The whole vibe was genuinely strange. At multiple points I half-wondered if I was about to be kidnapped or lobotomized. Made for a hilarious story after the fact, but not exactly what you want from a hotel. The room was clean, just nothing fancy. The bigger issue was the spa. It pulls in a ton of day guests, so the property felt overrun and chaotic. Honestly, it wouldn’t have felt nearly as awkward with half the people there. Would not go back. But I’ll be telling the story for years."

"Great check in / front desk staff. Very helpful on check in as well as suggesting shuttle bus into the city. Breakfast is a real stand out - great selection, good coffee and food. Rooms are spacious, come with a clean bathroom and small fridge and jug. Nice outdoors area, and basic shops are 5 min walk away."
