"Relaxing location but the check in process is a joke! Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. We had a room for 3 and the 3rd bed wasnt even made up, all blankets were still in cupboard. There were also stains (looked like blood) on the floor No cups or anything in the room either, wouldnt hurt to put some plastic cups or even a kettle with coffee facilities in Toilet didnt flush properly and leaked from the tank"

"Simple en-suite room, a bit noisy, easy walking to Metro and grocery store. "

"Made a mistake on date and tried to correct within minutes and hotel/expedia would not amend. "

"room was nicely appointed and spacious. Staff knowledgeable and got the job done but no smiles or warm fuzzies there. Restaurant high end with extra small portions. Staff at restaurant was very attentive."
