"Views are great. Majority of the bar staff was fun and friendly. Food was delicious. Shuttle service was so handy. Room was sufficient for a 1 night stay, close to the airport. Cleanliness was... hmmm... room wasn't the greatest, had a tonne of toenail clippings on our balcony floor, lamp wiring was frayed and hanging out- definite red flag. Breakfast was sad! Cold eggs, cold bacon, watery juice. Both ended up feeling super nauseous later on. Water pressure in shower was horrible But would I stay here for a quick stopover again? Probably"

The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the cruise port for a nominal fee, which is especially helpful when traveling with luggage. The front desk staff were efficient, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay."

It’s outside the center, so expect 30–45 minutes to reach major spots like Colosseum or Trevi Fountain. Public transport works fine, but it’s not as convenient as staying downtown. Downsides: * Can get crowded and noisy, especially with groups * WiFi is hit or miss * Feels more like a resort than a “Rome” experience Bottom line: Great value if you’re okay trading location for price and space. Especially good for families or longer stays. If you want to step out your door into historic Rome, look elsewhere—but if you want a budget-friendly base with amenities, it does the job well."
