"The property was nice and clean - there were some holes in the walls and the blinds were not in great shape. My only real complaint was that the AC was not working while we were there. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and the fan ran the whole time but it never cooled down. It was 82 during the day (87 outside) and only got down to 75 at night even with all the windows open - a little warm for sleeping. Notified the host in the afternoon and again in the evening but it never was fixed while we were there. I expected a refund for the inconvenience but none was offered although he did apologize and said he would make sure it was fixed for future guests."

"This was a perfect location for us and we enjoyed the home. Lots of space, clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. The salt water pool was refreshing. The Arizona heat has affected the outdoor cushions, but not in the host control. Checkin was super easy and I would recommend to others."
