"Everything from check in to check out was great! The web link they send you at the end of the registration process even has videos to show you how to get in to the room from the street. The apartment was wonderful, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just a five minute walk from the Duomo! There are places to eat and things to do all around you. Highly recommend! "
