"We had a great start. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the host quickly accommodated. Unfortunately after our stay it was the complete opposite. The host has made false accusations albeit this is unclear because of the language differences and this is currently under investigation."

"Lots of room for 6. Split levels break up living/ sleeping. There’s a SMART TV for Netflix/Prime. Wi-fi good. As the first rental of the year we some issues but Bo and David who live nearby fixed them as they arose and had a nice card and bottle of wine on arrival and a good guide and website for info. "The apartment was tiny but great location to beach & restaurants. Paula was great communicating all the instructions to us. It was very hot when we were there in Oct, some fans would of been nice. Hear neighours chatting all night long due to close proximity of all the apartments."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment. Everything was there .The location was brilliant only a short walk to restaurants and the centre. The only downfall was the kitchen cupboards were very high although there was a step provided it was still difficult, especially for shorter people to get things out."

"La casa es estupenda, tal como aparece en las fotos. El apartamento es amplio, nuevo y comodo, hay una terraza con vista al jardín grande para comer-cenar a la sombra. La piscina y jacuzi con agua calentita. Hemos tenido suerte y casi no hemos coincidido con los otros huespedes (hay otros dos apartametos mas pequeños). Los dueños viven al lado y son siempre diponibles. Todo un lujo. Aveiro esta a 15min con el coche y la playa de barra a 20min. Supermercados cerca. Muy comodo. Super aconsejable."

"Petite semaine dans un joli moulin. Le vent était présent, normal c'est un moulin. Moulin trés joliment rénové, magnifique piscine et vue. Tres au calme. Nous y sommes allés à 3 avec un enfant de 7 ans. A 2 adultes c'est plus adapté. Semaine sympa, et accueil super."

"Lovely house in a really convenient location. Plenty of space and close to gorgeous beaches. Extremely well equipped."

"Sao Martinho is a jewel of a town and this place is close walking distance to everything. When the sun’s out, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Great yard with parking. Since it rained quite a bit during our stay, it dampened our visit. Again, we went during the off-season. Scott is very attentive and accommodating. Will go back to this place."

"Location was great - everything walkable and close (waterfront. dining, car rental, train station). Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a kitchenette (everything needed). The units are small (bed, shower, area to get around the bed), and no elevator. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again. "
