"Very convenient if you have to stay near the Santiago Airport. Everything is of a high standard as you would expect for the price.very comfortable rooms, coffees maker, iron etc, There is a small supermarket just across the road in the domestic terminal if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. I especially like the pool and and the sauna though the opening times are absurdly restricted. There are some nice outdoor areas to sit in by the pol and by the restaurant."

"It was great overall, the only caveat (and this seems to be common in Chile) - was the parking. Was underground, on the -4 floor down a VERY steep spiral. An AWD SUV barely made it up, screeching wheels at max steering angle to make it up that spiral. 2WD vehicles without a diff lock would hang a wheel and not make it out of that basement. Takes ~20 minutes to get in and out of that basement garage. AVOID if you like taking day trips in your car. We didn't touch our rental car after parking on day-1 and getting it out on day-3. Otherwise it would've been a major hassle."

"It’s the Mandarin Oriental and that’s says a lot. The staff here is very nice and helpful they accommodated us with any needs even with some simple meds from the pharmacy. They offered us suggestions as well as making us feel at home. Thank you to Fabian to give us a crash course on Pisco, Javiera to make us feel great every single morning with her smile and service, Augustina with her joyful self and by giving us suggestions in the city etc. Thank you to the entire staff at the Front Desk to accommodate for a late check out since our flight was late at night and the concierge for taking care of all our needs, and least but not last the housekeeping staff who takes care of our rooms to have it perfectly organized and clean every day. Great Job Guys! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

"Super clean , everything was shining! The toilet had bidet which was so modern that you felt like you are controlling an airplane! The toilet was warm and pleasant! The pressure of water was high. Location is perfect . Negative point was the view from window that opened to neighboring buildings which were very ugly but not hotel’s fault. The reception staff tried to charge me $120 dollars for 4 hours early check in but finally they agreed to let me check in early for $ 35 The breakfast was more cooked to order rather than buffet ."
