"Pour un séjour de 24hrs avec mon enfant la pire expérience…Système de chauffage très difficile à comprendre. Délais pour l’attente pour venir vérifier le chauffage a été extrêmement long. J’ai du attendre 2heure avant qu’il vienne dans la chambre. Frigidaires qui refroidit pas j’ai perdu ma nourriture… une colonie fourmis sur le sol…. Aucune comparaison n’a été offert "

"Exactly as described! Rooms were big, beds and pillows comfortable, continental breakfast had plenty of options, and they were able to hold bags before/after check in. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"The staff was fantastic! We arrived two hours early and were upgraded and given a room since ours wasn’t ready yet. We went to see Lady Gaga and unfortunately she canceled. The staff help us find something else to do. The room was neat and clean."

"Overall everything is perfect, clean, quiet, modern, etc… though I cannot comprehend or accept that there is no suitable suitcase « rack » or specific built in furniture made for this purpose. My spouse and I each have a suitcase, we were thus resigned to use a table for me and part of the sofa for her. Come on, it’s ’s 2026, I think this issue should be addressed, and this goes for all the rooms, as we stayed at this hotel a few months ago and this situation was also the case. Let’s be realistic, guests are not going to empty their luggage and store everything in a dresser for a one night stay or neither for a couple of days. Anyway, that’s my 2 cents worth!!"

"The first room I was given was a mess. There was a pretty serious leak around the window with water steadily dripping in, and the drywall around it was crumbling. It was bad enough that I had to ask for a different room right away. The second room wasn’t much better. It didn’t feel clean, the desk chair had a white stain on it and was broken and wobbly, and the window was super drafty and made a constant whistling noise. There was also more crumbling drywall around the window, and the TV didn’t even work. Walking through the hotel, I kept hearing staff arguing and yelling at each other, which just added to the overall uncomfortable feeling. I ended up leaving early and didn’t stay my second night. Management didn’t seem too concerned and didn’t offer any kind of refund. Overall, this place might be a 2-star hotel on a good day. I wouldn’t trust the reviews based on my experience."

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but smelled like wet dog. Our room didn’t have a functioning window, so I couldn’t air it out. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and it didn’t arrive until 1 in the morning…I did enjoy the shower along with the complimentary body wash and lotion. Indoor parking was a plus! We only stayed one night, but I don’t think I’d stay for longer."
