"It was excellent staying on that hotel, the room was so clean. The manager was so nice and Lina they are appreciable. The reception desk are friendly and also Marcel the supervisor of room cleaner she was so nice too. I will go back to that place next time and recommend to may Brother, Sister and friends."

"Hôtel room was nice. Shower was a challenge to get the setting just right for hot/cold water. No parking with Hotel. Costed over $60 under 24 hr stay- Brutal! They can cancel my BW Loyalty card. Breakfast is bare minimum."

"Nice location, close to downtown. Room was nice, if a bit dated in terms of decor. Air circulation in the room wasn’t great, so bedroom was over-warm. Balcony was functional but a bit rough condition, with very flimsy plastic furniture. Floor we were on was very quiet, which was good. Full kitchen was dated but nice to have. Jacuzzi tub was disappointing - not very roomy, and half-side of jets were weak. Underground on-sight parking was a nice secure feature, although the sloping between levels was sharp enough to bottom out our car twice. Overall, a decent experience considering the price, but the location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and Parliament Hill area."
