From the moment you check in you are nicely greeted by the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious depending on the type of room. The amenities have been upgraded and spacious. The only downside is the walls seem very thin where we heard folks above us all night from walking or stomping which was frustrating when trying to sleep. We had no issues but I could see folks who are light sleepers where that could be annoying. There is a happy goat coffee shop attached to it which is great for coffee and breakfast. They also gave us vouchers for it which was nice

The hotel is very nice, big rooms with kitchens, comfy lounge chairs, big tv, and handy to good bistros and cafes. We waited 15 minutes on arrival as there was no one at the desk to check us in. If staff were there they were helpful but they seemed often "away for a few minutes". Nice little cafe in the hotel as well.

The room was completely fine and we had no issues. It was modern and very clean. My biggest concern was the parking for guests. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the sketchy alley way that people are expected to leave their car parked at. It's in the middle of "trap" houses with questionable people lingering around. We were offered to park across the street which was not much better. The hallways in the hotel had insulation that fell from the exposed ceiling tiles. I wish I could say something more positive.

Absolutely super good, our suite was spotlessly clean.. the beds are amazingly comfortable, 4 wonderful pillows.. everything's crisp..fresh and clean.. kitchen and living room area wonderful. Front desk staff was lovely and friendly always with a smile. We would definitely come here again. $7 voucher towards coffee and breakfast downstairs at the Happy Goat. Awesome coffee delicious food wonderful pastries. Quiet area of town slept with the window open peacefully . Nothing to complain about

Staff at check in were welcoming and friendly. I was a little concerned because I know parking can be challenging in the area and was relieved to know that they had both indoor parking and exterior parking. I was lucky enough to get there early and there were still spots in indoor parking so I opted with that. The room was fantastic, clean spacious and everything you need for several days stay. The kitchenette, full fridge, microwave, stove, dishes, utensils, etc. all helped facilitate not having to spend money to eat out every single meal. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to spend a few days in the area. It’s very convenient, centrally located, and more than enough Space then what you could need.

Great location and a fun stay overall. The room felt clean at first, but I would strongly recommend pulling out the dressers and doing a deeper clean behind them. I dropped my mascara and when it rolled underneath, it definitely changed my impression of how clean the room really was. There was quite a bit of dust, dirt, and even some debris back there. Aside from that, everything else was very good. The beds were comfortable, and the pull-out couch was surprisingly great—honestly the first time we’ve ever been able to sleep well on one without feeling springs in our backs. We stayed in a two-queen suite, which had a nice layout with a kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom, and a great bathroom with good water pressure. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back—just with that one cleaning suggestion for the team.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. I booked a suite with a kitchen so I could prepare meals for my little one, and I really appreciated the setup—it was convenient, well-organized, and the room itself was clean and cozy. That said, there were a couple of issues that affected my stay. We found an insect in the room and showed a video of it to the receptionist during checkout. Unfortunately, his response was quite dismissive. He brushed it off as normal for the spring season and mentioned that he had seen this often in his years in the hotel industry. While he may have intended to reassure us, his casual attitude came across as unconcerned, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was good, and the hotel provided a $7 per person voucher for their café, which was a nice touch. However, I was surprised by the $23 parking fee, as this was not clearly mentioned on the Expedia listing when I booked. The location is another strong point—just a 10-minute drive from downtown Ottawa, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay with good amenities, but a bit more attention to guest concerns and clearer communication about additional charges would make the experience even better.

Great value stay. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean for a suite. Happy Goat coffee shop in the lobby, too! Our only complaint was that the Chromecast was unusable as it had not been updated, so no smart tv functionality. Parking is somewhat sparce and in an alley of sorts behind the building, albeit well lit. Staff were great to this sorry Anglo, so we will certainly look for this place again next year!

Mon fils voyage seul, il a 19 ans. Il voyage pour affaire. Nous avons appris rendu à destination qu’il ne pouvait prendre possession de sa chambre puisqu’il a moins de 21 ans. Impossible de faire exception. De plus, puisqu’il prend possession de la chambre passée 16:00, impossibles de se faire rembourser la chambre. Du vrai vol. En plus de laisser un jeune adulte sans place où dormir pour une stupidité. ÇA, c’est digne et témoigne de comment l’hôtel est soucieuse de ses clients. Minimalement, indiquez clairement avant de finaliser la transaction que pour faire le « check-in », la personne doit avoir plus de 21 ans.
