"Very good experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient and easy to access, with plenty of nearby shops and dining options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay here again."

"Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great."
