The hotel clerk was amazing. She gave us tips, good places to eat, her parents lived next door and had a coffee shop. They gave us fresh persimmons that were amazing. The room was comfortable, spacious and as was the bathroom and very well lit. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Great neighborhood for walking.

Great and cozy place to stay in quiet alley in vibrant neighborhood. Stayed in room 301 on top floor, with the only experienced slighly negative being some noise from what I can only assume was roof ventilation system (noticeable in the morning especially). Hostesses was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to eat, what to do in Dalat and transportation, including renting motorbike during the stay.
