The staff were very helpful, but the room was inefficient, the curtain broken, the biggest room has tiny bathroom, hot water was not enough for more than 5 minutes shower, with that enormous room has tiny fireplace, it was very cold, the room keys were not work properly. I was disappointed.

The whole experience at this hotel was wonderful, from check-in to departure. The landscape is beautiful, the staff were amazing and the room we had was more like a full sized flat! Also spent a day by the heated pool which was lovely. Highly recommend staying here.
