Just perfect - cute hotel with very comfortable room. No AC but the fan was sufficient. Nice bath and shower. Great staff and service. Fantastic location for walking everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We were met by friendly Ekaterina at reception, she was very helpful and appreciated that we . The location

Nice room. Great location within walking distance of Old Town Luzern. Friendly staff gave helpful information for tourists like us

The property has great views of the lake and is convenient to get to if you have a car. If not you have to take the boat to get to the hotel. The only problem we had during our stay was the limited options of food available as there are no restaurants nearby besides the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is very elegant, the food is wonderful, the staff very attentive and there is so much to do that a few days are not enough. There are great walks on the mountains and beautiful walks to the nearby lake and the Rhine gorge.

Excellent location 10 mins easy walk from railway station, a few min walk to numerous eateries. excellent reception staff. Good breakfast.

Amazing hotel to stay. Accommodated our 1 year old with a cot and blanket. Beautiful room filled with so much character and history. The staff were lovely, also wanting to help with anything. Location was perfect for walking to most sightseeing attractions

We only stayed one night due to positioning for a train. Good location for old town and station.
