"We loved this hotel. The ad said the restaurant was temp closed but to our surprise it was open and included in our rate. I loved the room and nice distance to Masey Hall shows."

"I stayed 3 evenings on a business trip. The facility is large with several amenities. The downside is that the room are very dated and heating/cooling is terrible. I contacted maintenance as the heater in my room was not functioning. The thermostat did not work, it was either full heat or nothing. The problem was never repaired during my stay despite two calls. Also, they advertise a restaurant but it was closed everyday and I had to leave to grab lunch. There is very little around in terms of services. I would not return."

"The airport shuttle service was great. The staff accommodated a late checkout as we had a late flight the next day. They were wonderful! The room was clean and everything exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again!"
