"We didn't use the pool or internet We only stayed one night, we liked the small bottles of shampoo conditioner shower jel but feel there should be two sets one for each person and they should have an easier way to tell them apart, the printing on the bottle is very small and if you ware glasses you won't be waring them in the shower lol so it makes it hard to tell what you're using, it would be a good idea if they could have different colors on the caps either then that we had a great stay and enjoyed the bar. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this hotel to others "

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea Hotel. Room was comfortable, modern, clean (except for hair in the bathroom sink). Great amenities - food, shops - all in walking distance. I was so grateful to get an early check in because we needed it and they were able to accommodate us."

"Very loud planes overhead, could not sleep. You also have to take two elevators to get to fifth floor. "

"Loved staying here! Everything in one spot! Even TimHorton’s. Only down fall is there shuttle to Pearson airport does not start until 6 am so if you have an earlier flight you will need to uber. "
