"This cute house is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Very cozy and perfectly situated for touring the Leadville town and surrounding area."

"This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "
