"I appreciated the fact that daily housekeeping was provided. I also thought the rooms were nice and up to date. My only qualm is I wish there were microwaves in the rooms. That would have made things a little bit easier for me. Also, I think there should be a section for deliveries in the lobby of the West Tower. Many of my drivers were confused on where to go. "

"This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Chicago! Right in the heart of downtown. Within walking distance to Millennial Park and all the shops on Michigan Avenue. Only 35 minutes from O’Hare. The staff were courteous and the hotel is beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!"
