"When we checked in, we were disappointed to find we did not have a balcony as the photo in the room we reserved showed. However, the rest of the trip was wonderful. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and very nice. Great customer service really nice brunch at the restaurant even had bikes on site to rent. We will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely and safe place to stay "

"Check in was quick and easy. The layout of the hotel is many buildings connected with parking lots and sidewalks. We were placed in a back unit and got lost. I called the front desk and she had a security guard come and guide us right to the room. There is some work being done on plumbing or landscape, but otherwise it was lovely. The room was large and the beds so comfy. Big deep bathtub. It was very quiet in the back area away from the busy road. Breakfast was great except that there just isn't enough room for two lanes of people to move back and forth between the food and the bar area. So many, "oh, excuse me's". Maybe we cut it too close like many others and just got hung up in the rush. There was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal with toppings, assorted muffins and breads, pancakes, fruit and yogurt. Juices and coffee. There was nice inside and outside dining. The facility was nicely landscaped, lush and green. We didn't see the pool area."

"This was our first time staying at Sandcastle Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was meticulous, the views were amazing for sunset, and the deck on the 3rd floor with the fire pit was ideal for s'mores. We will be back and will stay longer!"
