The room was cool and clean when we checked in. The grills outside were clea as well. The seating area was nice. The staff was super friendly with our dog. I caught a rainbow trout right outside from the hotel. Loved our stay...

The staff were wonderful, check in was a breeze, they were able and willing to accomodate our dog at the last minute and we are so grateful for that; location was good with a very nice deli/general store right across the street (super convenient and good food); being right on the river was really nice too. Property shows it's age a bit, but what can you do but say yay! They're here and they're operating in this lovely location and we are thankful for them! We definitely recommend Sequoia Lodge!

A hidden gem! The views and location are ideal. Staff and service was exceptional. Everything you could need from the bbqs to country market across the street… it really makes this lodge an ideal stop for anyone looking to enjoy the river. Can’t wait to come back!

The locations was great. Just a flight of stairs down from the property to the kern river. There was a nice patio with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the river. The room was clean and had a fun rustic decor.
