"Nice room, clean, safe, convenient location "

"Very large resort. Room was decent size but bathroom was on smaller side for 4 star hotel. Lady at front desk said shed show us our room and proceeded by making a pen mark on map. Last 4 star walked us to the room. We had to ask best place to park for our room, wasnt told to us. Drove around the building to see construction on half the parking lot. When we left during the day couldnt find parking spot near our entrance. Wasnt a bad place but for the four star rating and price, there wasnt much help to us at all. Think staff could have more interaction with guests making them feel like they were at abgreat resort "

"The staff was friendly and check in was super easy. The room was clean. I love that they had a full size fridge, sink, and dishes. I only stayed one night but for the future stays, I’ll keep it in mind. The bed was comfortable and clean. The star of the start for me was the waffle maker during breakfast (free breakfast). The waffle was so soft and tasty! I’d def come back here!"

"Bathroom was very dirty, shower was moldy, holes in the wall that were barely patched up. Banging doors all night long. People yelling and hanging out in the lobby til all hours. Their "breakfast" was two waffle makers and a dirty juice machine. Train went by late at night and early in the morning. Heat had to be turned up to 78 in order for the A/C to not randomly turn on. Would definitely not stay here again. You get what you pay for. "

"Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! Cozy lobby with fireplace is a great meeting spot. Easy effortless checkout. Front desk gave great breakfast recommendation, loved The Neotune Diner, thank you!"
