"I expected more from this property. It was just okay all around. The in room amenities were okay, but a little cheap with the coffee, which we had to ask for each day, and 1 tiny lotion for five of us. We kept having to ask. Housekeeping was so so as well. Did not actually change the pillowcases/sheets or sweep/vacuum, dust. The best part was the indoor pool."

"The staff was friendly and check in was super easy. The room was clean. I love that they had a full size fridge, sink, and dishes. I only stayed one night but for the future stays, I’ll keep it in mind. The bed was comfortable and clean. The star of the start for me was the waffle maker during breakfast (free breakfast). The waffle was so soft and tasty! I’d def come back here!"

"Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! Cozy lobby with fireplace is a great meeting spot. Easy effortless checkout. Front desk gave great breakfast recommendation, loved The Neotune Diner, thank you!"
