Welcome to this fully renovated home, located in the heart of Lancaster City! With 3 bedrooms, a full (& stocked) kitchen, & plenty of space for relaxing, this is an ideal home for a romantic getaway or a longer stay for your family and friends. We are also nurse and traveler friendly! It's incredibly walkable (5-10 mins) to all things Lanc, including Central Market, Franklin & Marshall College, & many amazing restaurants. Really experience the joy of Lancaster city living here!

Very nice and clean home! I walking distance to plenty of restaurants, farmers market, breweries, etc. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked. Would stay again!

This property was perfect for us and our dog during the time we attended the Lancaster Archery Classic. We loved the master bath amenities. We found the parking to be easy, and we really enjoyed walking down the street to have drinks and a nice dinner at a nearby boutique hotel.

Perfect Lancaster Location

We spent a week at Mulberry Manor. We loved the location which was in a neighborhood with easy street parking, easy walk to restaurants and a lovely park to take our dog for a walk. We loved the well equipped kitchen and open layout. We’ve booked another stay in the Spring and hope to take advantage of the outdoor space.

Perfect Weekend

My family of 6 ( all adults) stayed this weekend to attend a wedding for my son’s best friend in Lancaster. The property was very clean and we all fit very comfortably. The house has so much charm! We love the modern style along side the exposed brick and rustic hardwood floors. Many restaurants and bars right within walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again if we come out to visit the happy couple!

Chriaas 2024 Stay

We've stayed at this wonderful property for 10 during the 2024 Chriatmas Holiday. The location was perfect, with our family livng in town it was an easy commute around Lancater area and hosting them for dinner was super eaay. Plenty of cosy space, with all ammenitiess to make the stay away from home feel like home. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needes. We will definately stayat this property again, and highly recommend it.

Lovely Location in Lancaster!

What a beautiful little gem in Lancaster! We were in town for a friend's wedding. Love having a place to bring our little family together so we can hang out in the mornings and after events. It was clean and spacious - and everything was within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was a perfect place for me and my family. We had adults and smaller children staying with us. This house is absolutely adorable! Beautiful decor throughout and well stocked kitchen and laundry room. There were plenty of extra towels and sheets too. Bed was nice and comfy . Location was very convenient and centrally located for visiting Hershey and Bird in Hand. The host was great to work with. I definitely recommend this property!

Family Time in a Spacious & Great Location

Beautiful upgraded entertainment home. Kitchen and Bathrooms modern and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Would love to have more hangers, rods in the closets. Nice to be able to walk to downtown Lancaster in about 20 minutes.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great and comfortable stay. There was room for our 3 young children and a separate room for our infant who is a lighter sleeper, and an additional room for us adults! The host was excellent; when we couldn't find a certain supply, he was quick to respond to try to help and when he couldn't from afar, he came out at night (within a short time of the initial message) to deliver the supply to us! And the park in the back of the house was an additional bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location for F&M college

We stayed two nights in this spacious and cozy city gem. Comfortable furniture and beds. Open living/kitchen space excellent for our family meals and conversation. Street parking was easy and there was always a spot close - usually directly in front . Street is quiet at night. Parking is free without tickets Wednesday- Sundays just check posted signs for which side has street cleaning on Monday/Tuesday . Would stay again and recommend- as advertised. - walked 5 minutes to our new favorite restaurant LUCA.

Family Christmas Presence Instead Of Presents

For Christmas this year our family decided on long weekend to enjoy the gifts of one another vs material gifts. I found this house upon searching for homes in Lancaster that were pet friendly. I never knew of or considered downtown Lancaster before but upon some research it seemed perfect for our party that included my sister and her husband, our mom & dad, my husband and our 3 children ages 6, 10, & 12, & 2 pups. The home was absolutely adorable. We knew going into it it was really for 8 but are so gracious the owners allowed us to bring 9. It’s hard finding nice places that are dog friendly for that many people. Luckily 3 of ours are tiny. Our kids loved the top room with 3 twin beds & my sister and brother in law didn’t mind sleeping on the pull out sofa - it was a squeeze but we made it work! The area outside the back fence meets up with a grassy area & playground which was perfect for the kids & taking the dogs potty. The house has everything we needed for a weekend away. Bath & kitchen products were included. The decor is simple, modern, & lovely. Parking on the street was easy. We were able to walk to & enjoy all things downtown. I had no idea how charming downtown Lanc was! It’s our new favorite & was so beautiful at Christmas time. We saw a show at Sight and Sound Museum which was about 20-25 minutes away. The check out protocol was so simple. We are already planning another trip. The hosts were wonderful & have really made a special place for guests to enjoy!
