"Super Mario and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. He recommended us a city tour to Chechen Itza, Tren Maya, x-Cajun, (cenote) and Itzamal, (highly recommended). The location is 3 blocks in either direction to the historical center and in the other direction 3 blocks from Santa Lucia park, (very centrally located). The price during “rainy” was excellent. It rained a bit, but no flooding of any kind on or around the property. Very comfortable stay overall. We went as an adult couple, but we’re saying how family friendly the hotel and Merida as a whole was. No loud crazy drivers in the streets, shops were accessible, cultural events took place in the streets on weekends and people were very friendly. We plan to come back. Merida, Yucatán is a hidden gem of Mexico."

"Está bueno por el precio. El hotel es viejito y no hay mucho mantenimiento de las áreas o habitaciones. Y su esperas encontrar una habitación moderna y con todo funcional no es este hotel. Por ej: no funcionaba el TV, el agua caliente de la ducha era fría, no encontrarás ni plancha ni secador de pelo…. PERO ES UNO DE LOS MEJORES ubicados en el mismo centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo y por un precio módico te incluye desayuno. Para mí cumplió mis objetivos. Me gustó ❤️"
