"We stayed here twice over the course of our 10 day vacation in AUG 2026. The first time our room smelled humid (2nd floor) as their windows don't open. The second time our room was perfect! (5th floor) We love the location of the hotel and ample parking. Needless to say their breakfast buffet is excellent and they have a lovely pool. Will stay here again."

"The location of this property is close to Paseo Montejo which is where many restaurants and monuments are at. Additionally, they have an awesome restaurant in front of hotel that offers dinner buffet and the staff are friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it to families and couples. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. No complaints!!!!"
