"The staff was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the location of the hotel so close to the things I needed to get to. I enjoyed my walk on the Capital grounds which was literally just across the street. "

"The rooms were beautifully upgraded, just needs a soap holder in shower. We lucked up on parking got street parking after 6 right across street from property. Valet could have opened the door for us, but hey? Maybe he was upset we didnt use valet. The do have valet for a nearby garage . Didnt use the resturant or bar, acne in late and remodeling was happening in lobby area ."

"Very poor effects. 1. No clear instructions on where to have breakfast when having breakfast in your reservation. Front desk failed to provide clear instructions on what to expect at the bistro in the morning 2. Close the breakfast place without any advance notice even after we got affirmative confirmation to have breakfast at bistro the night before. 3. Front office has no compassion or efforts to help the customers when we express our frustration and the hotel lack of communication of closing the breakfast place. The guy said nothing he can do and told us to wait until manager come back 4. Although we communicated to the manager about the expense we spent elsewhere for the breakfast the same day and agreed upon points to be reimbursed, no points were hit our account one week after checking out. "

The King room was massive and well-appointed. The staff - whenever we passed them were attentive and welcoming. Please - treat yourself - stay at Richmond's - The Jefferson Hotel."

"This was an immaculate, adorable apartment in a safe, fun area! It’s across the street from delicious pizza and just above a yoga studio and an ice cream shop. Church Hill is very walkable with multiple parks and historic sites to see, and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. "
