My stay was excellent! The general manager, Patrick, was very polite and courteous as he assisted me with checkin and ensured I was familiar with how to navigate my stay. I felt safe. The room was comfy and clean, and I will stay there again when I am in town. The parking is very convenient for a city hotel.

Parking was well lit an convenient. Breakfast was nice with good coffee. One thing we did not care for is that the garage, elevator and all the way up to our floor smelled of weed. Someone had clearly been smoking in the garage and it went right into the elevator cab and up to the hotel with them. Very off putting and made us feel as if we were staying in a shady area. Additionally the tub faucet was leaking and would not shut off entirely, which could be heard dripping all night long.

Very pleasant business trip stay!

I had a very nice stay at this hotel and was very comfortable while there. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The free breakfast was very nice with many filling options and one of the fanciest coffee machines I've seen in a hotel, brewing fresh cups of coffee on demand without the use of disposable type kcups. Parking was also very convenient and was decently priced.

We stayed overnight in order to attend an event at the Dominion Energy Arena. It was a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel. There were restaurants in the area as well so the location was very convenient. The hotel room is not big but very adequate. I have no complaints.
