"We didn't realize this rental was a renovated mobile home, which took us by surprise. Because of this, there were some uneven flooring areas and steps indoors, which isn't an issue for most, but I do have physical limitations due to a medical disability and they were somewhat problematic. We were not given a code for the lockbox, but lucky for us our travel experience in a similar situation worked in our benefit so we were able to access the door key.
