"Busy, popular pub. Easter weekend just drawing to a close, had been very busy, food was running out. Staff were still friendly and happy. Location and garden were great (weather was good!) beer was excellent.

"Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family.
I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression !

"Ideal for a 1 night stay. May need to explain that when they say ‘breakfast included’, its a basket including cereals, croissants, biscuits and yoghurt. Not actually a hot breakfast or a breakfast menu in the pub.
Lovely staff. Nice and clean room."
