"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful well appointed room. Comfortable King size bed. Great shower. Wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed having a couch and coffee table. Separate toilet room. Would have preferred real coffee cups rather than cardboard cups. Would have liked a shelf or alcove in the shower to hold our soap and shampoo. But everything else was just perfect!"

"Very high quality of fixtures and fittings in a splendid barn conversion - absolutely delightful! The location is splendid, surrounded by vineyards which you can walk around, and a delightful garden. Very handy for exploration of the Loire Valley, its towns and chateaux, and of course wineries. The hosts, Francine and Claude, could not be more friendly and welcoming. Usually living in the main house next door, they were away for much of the time that we stayed, but support is available if needed - we didn’t. There are a few internal steps to the ground-floor bedroom, so may not suit from an accessibility point of view if that were an issue. Otherwise - perfect. And the wine from surrounding vines is superb!"

"This was an amazing property!! Serene with elegant charm. My husband is an architect and he loved relaxing in the courtyard and sketching. The rooms are all uniquely appointed. The breakfast room is so bright and cheerful and full of warmth that you could spend the morning there just sitting and sipping tea. We will most definitely comeback and stay longer. Nous sommes Québécois et c'était notre premier séjour dans la région Centre-Val-de-Loire et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit."

"We rented a mobile home at this campground. It was practically brand new with everything in excellent condition. Despite being close to the city of Tours, the campground was in a quiet setting (during the day!) and easy to get in and out. The weird part started during our check-in process. We were presented with a long list of everything that was in the mobile home and basically had to sign off that it was indeed there and in specified quantities (six forks, six knives, etc.). Another paper outlined every single thing that needed to be cleaned up before check-out which included making sure there would be no fingerprints left anywhere, floors would need to be wet-cleaned and dry by the check-out time at 10am, etc. The check-out procedure indeed turned out to be a humiliating experience we have never experienced before.The person (who is likely the owner) came with their cleaner to inspect everything in details in front of us. He was picking up particles from the floors, was lifting and checking the toilet seat, was checking appliances, utensils, EVERYTHING. It makes you wonder why the check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am if the cleaning is on customers anyway? Instead of enjoying my morning coffee I literally spent the evening before drying the dishes and the morning cleaning up and removing the fingerprints... That was pretty insane and totally ruined the experience. Had we known this, we would never go there. No surprise their campground is barely occupied."

"Hosts/owners went above and beyond to make sure we had all the things we needed. Specifically arriving late on a Sunday evening and needing supper as they supplemented what food we did have. The location of this place is so good, particularly if you are visiting the various wineries. I loved this place so much that I am trying to figure when to go back and bring all my friends!
