"The room and premises were spot less"

"The room was very nice and clean. The Mountain View was kind of far and when you check in during winter, it’s already dark so you don’t see much mountain. I didn’t like when you used the hot water, there was a knocking noise coming from the pipes near the toilet."

"Expedia completely cheated me for this listing charging me nearly double the rate. Then lied about having a supervisor contact me. No hot tub but The Hotel experience however was absolutely amazing! Located near many places to eat and drink the room was comfortable clean and had a great view of the former zoo. Such a unique experience that I will definitely book directly with the owner going forward. We’ll be back! "
