"It's a beautiful house, on beautiful grounds. The host sent clear instructions on how to get in, and we felt very welcome. The main bedroom's attached bathroom had a musty smell, but I think it was just from a wooden bench in the shower. It wasn't an issue because there were only two of us and we just used the other bathroom. "

The first person who responded to my inquiry was difficult to communicate with before my stay. Finally, VRBO advertises that the rate includes all fees. There were many additional fees that pushed my daily rate way over what was advertised, and then the rate dropped considerably after I booked. "

"Lots of room in this Vacation Home. Multiple gathering sites. Two living rooms, outside space with cover and a space outside with a dining table, chairs and umbrella. We did not have kids with us or have the time to use the outdoor basketball/pickle ball court.Everything went off without a hitch. "

"Jim and Julia could not have been nicer. The home is spectacular, as stated. It had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful, relaxing, luxurious week with our adult kids and their partners, but it would be great for younger kids too. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking needs we wanted. The deck is spectacular, hot tub, steps to beach. tons of games, instruments, kayaks, bikes, and the instructions gave us tons to do. We did a day trip further into the Cape and Provincetown, and a day on the rail trial bike path from Falmouth to Woods Hole, and it would have been an easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard, but mostly we had hardly any reason to want to leave the house. It did not feel like a rental property, but a like friend's lovely home. Beautifully appointed. Would happily return."

My family and I were in town for a cousin’s wedding and unfortunately weren’t able to explore the area as much as we would’ve liked, but the hosts offered tons of options and were super responsive. The house has a lot of charm and we loved waking up and drinking our coffee on one of the porches! Thank you, again!"

"This house is beautiful, just like the photos. Very clean and organized. All you need are your clothes and personal items as they've thought of everything. Communication with the hosts was great. Read their suggestions of what is available and what is suggested to bring. The furniture is very comfortable as are the beds and pillows. Nice towels, hair dryers are plentiful and a very well thought out and stocked kitchen with every appliance you'd ever need. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the fire pit nor the grill. And the outdoor umbrella table and chairs as well as the outdoor sofa under the lights were a nice touch. Even the basement where the washer/dryer are located is imaculate. Landscaping was beautiful too. Highly recommend and will hope to visit there again for a longer stay."
