"This was our second time staying here. The area is beautiful, the rental feels very homey with a good kitchen! My only critique would be that the bed in the first floor master should be replaced. "

"We have stayed at this property several times now. In addition to a quiet location that's still near everything, it has the indoor pool that the kids love. Plus a firepit and the dock outside. Hosts always have excellent communication and are responsive to questions. Laundry on site, lots of towels, and a great place to relax. Would stay here again. "

"The house is beautiful with lots of room. We were four couples and we never felt we were on top of each other. The enclosed outside deck was a comfortable place to sit and talk in the evening without being bothered by insects. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable; my wife and I had the Bee Room, which was decorated with bee motifs everywhere. It's a short walk (through a beautiful neighborhood) to the waterfront where we used the hosts' kayaks to paddle around John's Pond. The Shining Sea bikeway Falmouth parking lot is a short drive away and we biked down to Woods Hole for lunch. Very nice. The hosts were very receptive both before our rental date and during. There was a problem with the front door electronic lock, but a call to the host provided an alternate way to get in. We definitely recommend this property."

"I loved this cottage so much. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable, steps from Johns Pond, which is beautiful and peaceful. We loved going out on the paddleboard and relaxing in the backyard. We walked to Dunkin' and Dino's and took a short drive over to Mashpee Commons. Great communication from the property management company, very easy check out. Will definitely plan to stay again! "

"This is great home for a large family or 2 smaller families; worked well for my family of 4 w/ 2 8yr old boys & my sister & her 5yr & 2.5yr old & another friend & her littles who visited a couple nights; we used all 4 bedrooms & the host even had a couple cots in the basement which were very easy to use! We had everything in the kitchen we needed, a fully stocked garage w/ beach chairs & we loved the outdoor shower & firepit! The backyard was perfect for the children after the beach & before dinner. Lots of driveway space for cars & pool toys and great basement w/ washer & dryer as well as an fooseball table & highchairs etc. And just 8-10min from downtown Falmouth & Menauhant & Falmouth Heights beaches. Truly a great home away from home if you have little ones! Thank you Elena for a lovely week! "

"This is our first VRBO experience, so we do not have a basis for comparison. It was a destination wedding for our older daughter. The house had the characteristics that we needed- dog friendly, two full baths and bedrooms for 5 adults. The rooms and baths were good. We never received the address for the property. We found it through a real estate listing. The combination for the door to get in was not accurate and it took several texts with property manager to get in. The same with the Wi-Fi address and password. We were able to access only one TV. There were several thermostats but only one worked, but we could not get the temperature below 73 on the first floor and upstairs was hotter. Fortunately, the heat wave did not come until after we left. It appears that there is only one working HVAC unit which is insufficient for a house of this size. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to use it as we wanted. We were very busy until our daughter's wedding on Friday, so we did not attempt to contact the property manager after getting the Wi-Fi set up. "
