"Everything at this hotel was incredible. Gym and pool facility was amazing. Three weeks traveling around Australia, this was easily the best accommodation. We stayed in an interconnected room. Was great to have two bathrooms, laundry and a kitchen! "

"I was told I there were 2 double beds in our room when I phone before I booked. On arrival there was a a king bed & a roll away bed which they set up while we were having dinner. Other that that everything else was sensational. "
"Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door.
Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we arrived. When I wiped it with bacterial wipe, the wipe turned grey. There was not enough toilet paper and no spare rolls for 8 people for 5 nights stay. We had to go buy our own. No tissue anywhere. Some of the bathroom towels still had a new tag on it, which means they haven't even washed it for us to use!
Property was supposed to house 8 people. There were enough rooms and beds, however not enough hot water! Water tank was only big enough to supply hot water for approx. 3 people for "warm" quick showers., which meant after a full day of going out, not everyone can take a shower and rest. Had to wait 30-50 mins after every 3rd person to have a shower. They have 3 bathrooms, but what's the point?
No check in details until we emailed the day we were supposed to check in. No wifi details either. Had to message her for them."
"This was a beautiful place to stay at! The garage was relatively big and could easily fit two vehicles, making it easy for families to come together and stay. It had a variety of utilities accessible to us whilst staying. The house was, also, clean and roomy. Would highly recommend booking! "
