"The staff was friendly however one clerk needs to be more knowledgeable regarding businesses in the area I had asked about a food market and he was not sure I believe this is part of customer service. The food attendant was nice and very hospitable "

"First impressions last a lifetime. We arrived early because we had been travelling for 2 days to get there. The front desk agent gave us a parking pass and told us we could park early. While sitting in the car waiting, he came out and offered us breakfast and a warm place to sit while we waited. The next day we had to go to 770 7th street but didn’t know how to get there. A cab was going to cost us $152. Denise in the cafeteria showed us how to use the app for the Subway and even gave us pointers. We made it safe and sound. Excellent customer service. Will totally be back!!"

"The room was very dusty, no water in the bathroom. My guess couldn’t even take a shower. The fridge didn’t work. It was a very awful experience. That room was not appropriate to have any guests. "
