We loved our stay at Locanda, although i must say that dinner is very expensive with dishes that we didn't like. So we chose even not continue to the breakfast. "Ho prenotato la sera e ricevuto conferma di prenotazione. La mattina seguente, già in viaggio mi chiama la struttura dicendomi che la pompa artesiana era rotta e non poteva accogliermi. Ho chiesto una soluzione sostitutiva che non ha trovato, mi ha pure chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione, cosa che non ho fatto. Ero con la famiglia e ho dovuto arrangiarmi! Scandaloso!"

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
